gridview checkedbox format

is it possible to change the format of a checkbox which is inside a gridview.

the default is  small and hard to see

i am using c#

I have tried

Gridview1.Rows[2].Cells[6].Font.Size = 20;

It does not through an error.. but also does not work.

my code works with text, but not checkboxes

i know how does it feel if your code works but does not affect the things you are targetting - but this is the way asp:checkbox has been designed - you cannot increase the size of it

What exactly are you trying to format...What properties are you attempting the change?

As an asp gridview is rendered as html I was able to apply CSS to change the size of the checkboxes.
