I wish to re-install Exchange on SBS 2003 SP2, but not sure quite how to go about it. I dont have an Exchange cd just 4 SBS 2003 setup cds.

It seems that exchange had been previously installed but removed as the clients network was running slow! All email accounts are pop through outlook.

    Accepted Solution

Open add/remove programs in control panel
Find the "Small Business Server" entry and press change/remove

This will show you all of the components including exchange.  Next to exchange select "reinstall" from the drop down menu.

It will prompt you for the correct SBS CD.  Apply SP2 immediately afterwards.

In my experience it will retain and remount your existing information store without data loss, but take a backup just incase!
