place exchange contacts to public folder contacts

I just created a public folder contacts, how can I use ms exchange server 2000 to place all the mailboxe user account inside? or to sync it ?

    You can't. There is nothing native to sync your users to a public folder. You could do a one time export, but that is about it.

    I'd like to hear how can we do the one time export if that's okay..

    One method is outlined here:

    You have to get the contacts in to Outlook in a mailbox first, and then move them in to a Public Folder as you cannot import directly to the public folder.
