Outlook won't work with sbs2003 exchange outside the company.

I have set up an SBS2003 server to use Exchange for e-mail as I have done many times.  The problem is that I have users that work from home but when I configure Outlook for the POP3 account with mail.domain.com is incoming and outgoing it doesn't find the server.  OWA and e-mail from inside works and MX records are all correct.

How do I fix this?

POP is a very old and unsuitable protocol to ahve remote access to your email with an Outlook client.

Why don't you run Outlook Anywhere, making use of the full Outlook functionality?

I figured out my problem... but I'm not firmiliar with Outlook Anywhere.  Would you mind explaining?

Well to answer your question, they aren't running Exchange 2007 so it wouldnt be possible, but thanks.
