Setting up a new computer for a current user on the network with an e-mail account.  When I try to setup Outlook for this user autodiscovery is unable to configure this person outlook.  I try to use the option of resolving this address and get the error message. "The name cannot be resolved.  The connection to Microsoft exchange is unavailable.  Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."

    Hi, kheaney.

Have you verified that the Exchange server is visible?  This sounds like it might be a name resolution problem.  Try pinging the Exchange server by IP address and FQDN.
