IBM Lotus Sametime showing the wrong time

We are using Sametime 7.5.1 on our network.  We are located in Antigua which is in the caribbean, and the time here is the same all year round.  We do not have Daylight Savings Time.  Ever since around sometime late march or early april, I noticed the time in the chat window was incorrect.  It always seems to be an hour ahead.  If I change the time zone, it does not do anything, If I change the time on my machine to be an hour behind then the sametime time is correct but my machine's time is wrong!  It is quite annoying, why doensn't it just pull the time from the System Clock??  Is there anyway to fix this problem, I just want the time to be the same all the time because we do not have DST.

This is a Sametime server side problem; both client and server need DST patches thanks to the US 2007 DST changes.

See http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21248420 for information, or Google "Sametime 7.5 DST"
