In SBS 2003 is there away to track changes made to the shared files i have for users?

I work in an office with a bunch of monkeys.  THese monkeys have accidently moved and/or deleted files from our shared dierctory on the server.  How do i do the following;

A)is there a log that tracks changes like this made on the server if so where.
B) Locate files that were recently manipulated, moved, or deleted?
C) what is the best software method for retrieving deleted files moments after they get deleted "accidently".

God damn monkeys!

C - the best way to retrieve deleted files is to enable shadow copies of the volume that the files are stored on. In the cient apps folder there is a shadown copy client. You need to install this on your workstation and then go to the properties of the folder and you will see a tab called "previous versions" you can restore previous versions of the file from here.
A - you can enable auditing for object access in a group policy. Are you familiar with group policies? Here is an article which should help:

B - you can use shadow copies again for this to recover files that were deleted or modified. If they are moved you might have to search for them
