Gateway 9515 won't power on.

I have a Gateway 9515 server.  When I plug both power cables in, there are two green lights that repeatedly flash.  The power button will not work and none of the internal fans will move except for the ones on the power supply.  Has anyone seen any issues like this before?

is this what your talking about??

http://support.gateway.com/s/Servers/COMPO/Cases/WME864821/WME864821faq17.shtml

also unplug the power open the chassis. plug in the power and see if the led on the MB comes on. I'm assuming you have dual power supplies. its not very likely they went bad at the same time unless you don't have stable power. so it could be your power supplies or the MB

The lights on the front panel of the server do nothing.  They are constantly dark.  When I plug in the power supplies, I get a blue LED and an orange LED on the motherboard for about 2 - 3 seconds and then they go out.

Best first guess - your power supply has gone bad.

The two power supplies connect into a box which I believe is an AC/DC converter.  The model is a Delta Electronics AC-025 A.  Could that be causing the issue?

its a good place to start. if you see the light on the MB light up its getting power. but you said you hit the power button and nothing happens you don't even see it POST(power on self test). and the orange light is not a "happy" light.  do you have support from gateway? its either your powesupply or motherboard.  sorry

Yea, Gateway's warranty support is with MPC and due to bankruptcy there is no support there.  Still working on issue. Keep advice coming...

Thanks for the help.  We swapped out parts and narrowed it down to being a bad motherboard.  We are looking to get it replaced.  Thanks for the help and input!
