While connected through Cisco VPN, or Windows PPTP connection my local machine takes about 1 minute to respond to anything. &nbsp;This includes opening programs, to navigating files, to pretty much anything. &nbsp;Immediately after disconnecting from the VPN, the computer &quot;catches up&quot; and does all the commands I told it before hand. &nbsp;Take note, this is on my LOCAL machine, not on any remote machine im accessing.
