Toolbar like Taskbar with Theme

Hello all,

There is a way to theme a Toolbar with current Windows Theme like Windows does with the Taskbar?

Example, you have at the bottom at your screen if you are using WIndows of course the taskbar that shows with a button the oppened windows.. Ok, when you change the Windows Theme your taskbar Applys this theme....

Someone knows how to do the same with delphi? Using some component, code or way to do it?

Or someway to get info about the current Windows Theme, like some resource to apply...

Any information will be appreciated! :D
