I have an Outlook 2003 user who's Junk Email Folder suddenly appears as a subfolder under the Journal.  We've tried drop and drag, recreating the profile, recreating the mailbox, etc.  That Junk Mail folder will NOT move back to it's normal location in the Mail Folder tree under Inbox.  HELP!

You gave the user a completely new mailbox and the issue continued?

Yes, that is correct.  The Junk Email Folder remained under the journal.

I read that yesterday, but was not 100% certain what is meant by "exmerging".  Can you provide a clearer explanation or steps?

Thank you.  We'll take a look at recreating the mailbox on the server and I'll post if it works or not.
