How do I configure exchange to pop to an external box and forward to internal recipient?

I have SBS 2008 with Exchange 2007 and need to be able to configure exchange to pop to an external box and forward to an internal address. How do I do this? Thanks.

By "POP to an External Box" I presume you need to download email from a POP3 mailbox into Exchange? This can be achieved by means of the SBS server's built-in POP3 Connector, which can connect to an outside mailbox and download email to an internal mailbox which you specify. However, it is only for use in exceptional circumstances; the proper configuration will mean you have email delivered directly via SMTP to the Exchange Server.
