Mapi session "/o=Domain Name/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recip ients/cn=u sername" exceeded the maximum of 500 objects of type "objtFolder".
Event Log: Application Event Source: MSExchangeIS Event ID: 9646

Unusual for 2007.
Common with 2003 without NIC driver updates and the SNP update.
What is the host OS? Windows 2003 or Windows 2008?
Anything else accessing the mailbox? Blackberry, CRM etc?
How does the user connect? Wireless, wired, VPN?

What is the host OS - Windows 2003
Anything else accessing the mailbox? This speficic user that was in the log isnt using a Blackberry or CRM. Though we do have a BES and CRM server accessing the Exchange server.
How does the user connect? Wired ethernet plug.

Sorry, the Exchange server is Server 2003 - latest SP
Desktop users use XP - latest SP, with Office 2007

Run the best practises tool from the toolbox, make sure that it doesn't flag the SNP update. Also ensure that you have the latest network card drivers on the machine.
