Disabling inherited permissions in WIndow SBS 2008

I am setting up s windows 2008 SBS serve and am trying to setup security permisions.  I want to remove inherited groups.  When try by going under advance the box is greyed out.  I am logged in as an administrator.

Have you tried taking the ownership. In order to modiy inherited you will need to take ownership first. Check this for more information:
