Converting 'INT' to 'BIGINT' with phpMyAdmin

I have one INT row on my SQL database that has officially reached its maximum capacity (2,147,483,647) for a few entries.

What is the most efficient way to convert this row to a BIGINT datatype?

Thanks in advance for the assist!

ALTER TABLE your_table MODIFY COLUMN columnname BIGINT

Angellll, will this convert the column (my mistake for calling it a row, before)? I have read that simply "changing" the column's DATATYPE will result in mathematical errors when my PHP scripts try processing the new numbers (IE- they will not convert properly).

it will convert the column, indeed.
in regards to php:
http://us3.php.net/manual/en/language.types.integer.php

php will eventually get a float data type for those large numbers...
