Perfect - but how to make nagios send an alter based on the value?

I get alerts when I use check_http and check for a value using '-s' to check for a string, I need the same kind of idea to check for a 0 or 1 from the SNMP result which looks like this:

I tried this:
[root@dev objects]# /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/check_snmp -H 192.168.0.XX  -o .1.3.6.1.4.1.22736.10.2.2 -C switchvox -P 2c
SNMP OK - 1 | iso.3.6.1.4.1.22736.10.2.2=1

when the VoIP provider is up, and...

[root@dev objects]# /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/check_snmp -H 192.168.0.XX  -o .1.3.6.1.4.1.22736.10.2.2 -C switchvox -P 2c
SNMP CRITICAL - *0* | iso.3.6.1.4.1.22736.10.2.2=0

when it's down

Naturally I want an alert when it's down :)

Any help appreciated!
