Error using <components:BindableComboBox> tag in Flex3

I keep getting an error with using <components:BindableComboBox> in Flex3.  Im using an example from the Flex 3 bible by David Gassner.  I even downloaded the code from the Wiley site and getting the same error.  Anyone have an idea why this is causing a problem?  The code is listed below.

Thanks
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

Do you have the folders com/adobe/components and BindableComboBox.mxml or BindableComboBox.as available under it?
