If the server is rebooted Exchange will work for an hour or so.  The edb is only 700mb and the server has over 60gb free on the c drive and 800gb on the d drive so its not a space issue.

Has anyone come across this?

Regards

Dan

Is there any other Exchange Servers in your network?
Recently upgraded the NIC drivers?

Base on the log information, I recommend you to run dcdiag from a command prompt to check whether your domain controller is normal. (This tool can analyze the state of domain controllers in a forest or enterprise and reports any problems to assist in troubleshooting.)

Also please run netdiag to see whether it can pass all the tests. You can post the detail here for further troubleshooting. (This command-line diagnostic tool helps to isolate networking and connectivity problems by performing a series of tests to determine the state of your network client.)

More information about dcdiag and netdiag:
Dcdiag Overview

Netdiag Overview
http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/cf4926db-87ea-4f7a-9806-0b54e1c00a771033.mspx?mfr=true

Anyway the problem may get resolved by  updating the NIC drivers to the most current version and then turn off "Offload Checksum" option on the NIC. Once I did this, all my AD Replication errors and Exchange Errors went away.

The server strangely sorted itself out over the last few days we have had no failures what so ever.
I will make the network change anyway and let you know if it reoccurs over the next few days.
