Management Bonus or Incentive Plans for IT

I was hoping to gather input from sernior/upper management employees of the EE community on this topic:

What are the different type of bonus or incentive plans which exist for the upper-level or senior management employees of private companies?

I know of one where the employee recieves a percentage of savings the company has accumulated by specific projects.  (assuming the savings are hard figures and calculateable)

The problem occurs when trying to calculate savings or ROI on projects where it is exteemly difficult to calculate these figures.  I would need an incentive plan to cover "uncalculatable" ROI or savings on projects where it is exceedingly difficult to calculate those figures.

Hi MightyMikey,

In my position, the bonus is a straight percentage of income generated for the company (I pitch contracts).  There are performance bonuses for my techs if they do something clever that results in a time/cost benefit.
