I have about 3 TB online Data in one of my file server dirve and I want to change my storage , I can take backup from my data and restore that back-up in new storage but this solution takes long time .
is there any solution or tools to doing replicate between two drive or flder ?  (old drive and new drive or old folder and new folder in different storage )

Hi,

If you are talking about Exchange Server Database then you can use ESEUTIL /Y to copy the database from one storage to another, and it will work faster than Backup /Restore process.
