Detect Memory leak in Windows Mobile App

I have a Windows Mobile App which freezes from time to time. User has to soft reset the PDA to get it back to life again)  I want to rule out memory leaks.  How can I detect memory leaks in my windows mobile app.

My program is written using eVC++ 4.0
