A Domino Web Acess User is not able to work on the Lite version

A user of ours is not able to access the " lite" version of the Domino Web Access and she is able to access the " Full" one . However, when she attempts to access it she gets the following error :
"delegated mail files are not supported in the lite mode of Domino Web Access . To use this feature click OK to enter the Full mode of Domino Web Access or click Cancel to logout

IS she a delegate user ?

If yes thaen that is the reason, if not, double check delegation.

Open the mail via the user ID or via a manager ID, and check under tools - mail profile ( version dependent and client dependent ) . Best to use a full client to do this.

Or you may be able to see this via the mail ACL
