I would recommend Everest home edition free of charge. http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Info/Everest-Home-Edition.shtml
You can stresstest, memtests, read temps etc.

Good stress tester of CPU, memory and motherboard.  Options in menu for just stress testing.
