How do I do an SBS 2003 restore after failed SBS 2008 migration attempt.

I had an SBS 2008 migration fail after it made he new box a DC and took the FSMO roles. SO i transferred the roles back and did DCPROMO which did not apprently totally set it straight. So i went into DNS and removed the records pertaining to the new server. I run the Essential Business Server eval tool and get the report below. Do I need to restore from tape or can I fix this? If i restore from tape, is it just System State or more?

Thanks.
