How to install & configure apache server on CentOS 5.3 & how to create multi Virtual hosts

thanks for help , but actually I see this link before I ask here and do every thing ..
I'm install apache + php + mysql  , but when I finish form installation I try to access php page in /var/www/html/index.php  , this is page must show me version of php installed , but I the result is ..

after that ...
I find the apache work with IPv6 Only . after that
I add " Listen 192.168.40.106 " in httpd.conf file , that make my can access my page successfully , but when I try to update php 5.1 to 5.2 I face problem again put with another browser error messege :

To be every thing clear ...

I try to update php 5.1 to php 5.2 because is install newest version from phpmyadmin and it is  request php 5.2 to work

Does the machines firewall allow HTTP traffic?
