how we can inject HTML into browser Before displaying the page ?

hi,
we need to do this task with all browsers IE,FireFox,Opera,Safari..etc
what is easiest language to do this task except assmply.
is there sample code to do this via any language ?

In asp vb.net maybe.

on page_load event

Dim strHtml as string
strHtml = "My html content"
Response.write(strHtml)

Forgot to say I want to do this through Windows applications  (windows based), such as firewall programmes.
