I am running a test Citrix 4.5 Enterprise farm and had a couple of basic questions;
i) When I log onto the Web Interface, some clients don't have an ICA client installed and are therefore prompted to install one. But there is also a launch.ica that comes up which you have to either Save or Cancel. Should I be saving this, and to where? And what does this do? I assume this isn't the actual ICA client?
ii) Also, on the Web interface, it will tell me that I can install an ICA client from the WI server. Where on the server is this? And I can I update this? It is currently 10.100
iii) We run both 32 and 64 bit client OS's (Windows). Can the ICA client be run on both platforms? If not - how can I place a 64bit client onto the WI so users can download this as well?
iv) I assume local admin rights are not needed to install these clients? So far, on the testing machines, I've had local admin rights on all.
