VBS to Zip File (then date/time stamp) > FTP Upload (To a particular path)

I need a VBS script to zip a file (.xls) and rename with date & time stamp. I then need the script to ftp the file to a particular directory. Upload path would be something like this /ftpIPAddress/pub/inhere/
