Citrix Hot Fixes and Updates

I have a Citrix Access Essentials 2.0 server that has been up and running for about 6 months.  I have found it next to impossible to get support on Citrix.  I am wondering how to find out when updates or hot fixes need to be applied to the server.

www.citrix.com->Downloads Link->Choose "XenApp Fundamentals (the new name for Access Essentials)" in the product dropdown, click the version 2.0 link below under Hotfixes.  

I will caution you though, do not load these fixes lightly.  Make sure you have an excellent backup of your server and datastore.  Be prepared to remove a fix if it causes your system to act worse.  Normally these things improve your server but sometimes people load a major Rollup Fix to fix one issue and it will create others.  

I caution my clients to patch production systems in a test environment first or, if they must, only load the fixes they are pretty certain apply to issues they are experiencing.  If it isn't broken...
Oh, and the rollups are inclusive so you can go right from "out of the box" (RTM) to the newest rollup pack w/o bothering with the fixes in between.

Thanks.  I am finding it very difficult to get troubleshooting information on Citrix.  I have looked on that site before for patches, but I found it hard to figure out if I needed a patch or hotfix or not.  I agree not to fix something that isn't broken.
