I have BulletProof FTP Server v 2.4.0.31
I am helping a friend out with this and the support site fot BFTP is anything but helpful.  The old IT guys information is associated with the server software so I cannot recieve tech support from them I am hoping you can help me.

The server was running great however when we came into work this AM about 75% of my users accounts were  gone and the ones that were still in there had no path associations to them or direcotry rights or even a password for that matter.  It was all cleared out.

Is there a way to fix this?  even the server name and message information is gone.

thanks for any help.....
