I have a excel 2003 workbook that constantly reverts to printing 20 copies not 2?
Its a simple excel form that has two pages per worksheet with ta total of two worksheets. First worksheet has two forms the second worksheet also has two forms.
If I click on the first worksheet it constatly shows 20 copies tp print, even though i have changed to 2 copies, and gone into properties and also cahnged to 2. If you then close the program and reopen it reverts back to 20 copies for [printing again?
If i however open the same workbook the second worksheet remains at 2 copies no problem?
Ideas?? There are no macros involved just simple forms?

After you have changed from 20 to 2 copies, have you saved the workbook?

I changed the properties on the printer to only print 2, but again it changed back to 20. The name of the workbook had a space between it with the letters pdf at the end . e.g test pdf, i changed this to test_pdf and it then started to save the changes?

It was the space in the workbook name that was creating the issue.
