Where can I find a Climate API

I am looking for a way to enter a zip code in the US - Postal Code for Canada is a nice option - where I would get back data such as 100 sunny days a year, 50 rainy days a year, etc.  I have seen such data often on realtor.com or other real estate sites.

Hope my question is clear!  I have not had much luck on a search on this site, but if you have come across a link, let me know.

There are actually very many such APIs. Here's a list of them (only RSS): http://www.weather.gov/rss/ and on this part of the site, there are many services for american weather (not only RSS): http://www.weather.gov/view/national.php?map=on
