How to update bios remotly using intel manageability tools

Dear Experts,
I have Foxconn MB with Intel Vpro chipsets and I need to be able to update the bios remotely using Intel manageability tools, I managed so for to do all kinds of remote control like shutting down or starting up the Pc ..etc using this utility, but the only thing left for me is to find a way to be able to update the bios remotely using the Intel manageability tool.

please post only if you have a solution
