Does anyone know who would be a good online scheduler for a massage office that will integrate with outlook exchange?

You should take a look at Mind Body Online, www.mindbodyonline.com.  They have various business management software specifically catering to industry (Spa, Health Club, Salon, etc).  I would assume that their software is compatible with Exchange because of how robust the software is, but I was unable to verify that information when looking through the specs/features.
