Sharing List per User

I want to know per user all sharing file that he has right to access it. If there is any tool?

You can use the free tool Dumpsec to get the permissions for a share and then look for the user account inquestion.  Dumpsec can be used in a GUI or used in a script using command line options.

If you have a large environment, there is a product called Varonis that has extensive auditing capabilities for permissions and who is accessing data but it is not cheap.
