i need how to for setup and configure of of mysql ,perl, php, python,jsp, on apache 2.2 using yum

hi all, I'm newbie web developer I use xampp and I feel as a prisoner
my needs is to have install the most stable versions of  mysql, apache , php5, perl, python, jsp, ruby on apache  and phpmyadmin most stable multilingual version so that I can write what ever application of those languages also i need test pages for them if you please help me it would be good using yum utility because it's easy to use
if there is rpms please send me how to find them and where to download them from
I'm using centos 5 linux

just run "yum install" on all the above packages
for example
yum install php httpd mysql-server
and so on .
