Domain controller backup error

when we start taking backup with inbuilt ntbackup utility it shows error pls help.............

1)A third party application/services can cause this behavior( Sometimes your antivirus software). You could use MSCONFIG to disable all Non Microsoft services and startup items (This is just for testing), after disabling if you see its working then you need to enable the third party services one by one to find out the actual root cause.

Steps
======
Start  Run  type msconfig  click on services tab  select hide all Microsoft services -  then click Disable all  Click on startup Tab  click on Disable all  click on applay and ok- Reboot your server and reproduce the issue.

2)If the first action plan doesnt work then if possible uninstall your antivirus software (just for testing) and check the behavior. Because antivirus filter driver can cause this issue .

3)If the above action plans doesnt work then following fixes in the same order as listed below. A reboot may be required after each patch:
