Software to directly convert DTS in SQL Server 2000 to SSIS for SQL Server 2005?

We are upgrading Microsoft SQL Server from 2000 to 2005 and would like to find out if there is any tools or software is able to directly convert DTS in SQL Server 2000 to SSIS for SQL Server 2005?  Any comments or input sis highly appreciated.

you can use the DTSMigrationWizard which comes with sql server 2005

Have you or anyone used or heard of 3rd party tools to do the conversion?
I have been looking at DTS xChange but not sure what else is out there.
