2003 has edb and stm files whereas 2007 has only edb

2003 std has a db limit of 75gb, whereas 2007 std and ent has about 16TB

Number of log files have been increased to about 4 billion in 2007

2003 is only 32bit, whereas 2007 is 64bit

Advanced config in 2007 can only be done using shell, whereas 2003 doesn't even have shell.

There are too many. You need to have a specific area, otherwise it is a wide topic.

As said earlier, you need to have a specific area to compare, otherwise there is just too much stuff to compare.
