Ok so we are using Lotus Notes 8.0 and when ever Mr.X adds a new meeting or new item in the ToDo list it automatically gets forwarded to everyone on the delegation list.

We had Mr.X remove them and re-add them making sure that under access delegation that automatic forwarding is not being used.  Checked Autoprocessing and Notices to make sure no settings are set that would be doing this and there are none.

Any clue?

1) make sure yo are using the latest Domino Server and mail clients, and mail template.

If it is repeatable, contact IBM and open an APR/SPR

I hope this helps !

Well it was the customer not following instructions.  I knew there was a reason I couldn't figure it out.

Thank you!
