How do I access the ilom on my server from the solaris OS

How do I access or reset a "stuck" ilom on an X4450 SUN server from the installed solaris 10 OS.

It depends upon how it is "stuck". We had a bunch which locked and required a firmware update to prevent the issue reoccurring. I remember we had to pull the ilom cards out to reset them. Certainly required removing power to the ilom... :-( However, those were on SPARC boxes.

Have you tried connecting with ssh and the web interface?

yep, its not responding at all, we ended up pulling the power and hard resetting it. We were remote and were hoping to reset it through the OS but could not find any info on whether it ws possible or how to do it.
