UAC ERROR WHILE XAMPP INSTALLATION ON VISTA

while installing XAMPP ON VISTA its give me UAC error, I deactivated UAC however ERRORS CONTINUE

did you restart after disabling UAC?

Yes I did restarted, however its not disabling UAC
