I am building a Mobile Application that has a System.Windows.Forms.DataGrid.

Is there a way to populate the grid from a XML file?

If so,  please provide an example.

Thanks

You can load the XML to a Dataset and than set DataSource property of DataGrid = dataset.
Dataset provide readXMl and LoadXML method to load a XML.
Hope this helps.
