Can't say if we can assist you on this one Lynclinprac, it's really between you and the manufacturer.
If the setup disc does not have a key printed onit or automatically regesters via the actual setup disc as some software hold the key in the setup disc installation.
if there is no key on the envelope or case don't know how these people regester their products.
Did you get a guide with it?
reboot ?

Hello Merete, Just an update. re Powerslides

The templates will not open.. the message comes up 'Path not found'.
The background choices come up but whenI select any I read, run time error '76' or runtime error '440'.
Honestly I give up.
 I have emailed to 'Support@SummitsoftCorp.com <Support@SummitsoftCorp.com>'
again.

Hello Lynclinprac been out of town for 4 days or so went bush gold prospecting for some fun.
Do you have PowerPoint reader installed ?
Try creating an association by r/clicking the templates and open with.

2nd assistance from support =  download powerslides through a slightly different link, reinstall that and the upgrade 1.6 again.
Successful.
