lock column resize in listview

I have used this code to lock column resize...
but this event lock also the click column header...
in effect i want to lock all column dfrom resizing but i need to use the ListView_ColumnClick (have event to order items in column)  how to resolve????

You could try to inherit the ListView class to add this custom functionality.
