port 9 block

I want port 9 tcp/udp (discard port) to be disable on my cisco ASA firewall.   On router it can be disabled by command no service tcp small server and no service udp small server. Please let me know how to do it on Cisco ASA firewall

A firewall doe snot allow traffic to the box like a router does by default, only traffic you explicity allow will be allowed. The answer is that an ASA does not have a similiar command because it does not behave like a router.
