Hi,
yes, you can.
There are the tables SYSCAT.TABLES and SYSCAT.COLUMNS (and SYSCAT.ENUMTYPES for valid enumerations).
Their Layout is as shown in the attachment.

Use select  TABNAME from SYSCAT.TABLES    to get a listing of all tables,
Use select * from SYSCAT.COLUMNS where TABNAME='[tablename]'  to get the column layout of a given table [tabname].

Thanks for the quick reply. I dont have the access to the same, but can i get any document where the overall database schema of Tivoli has been discussed.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of such a document, as far as Tivoli Storage Manager is concerned.
There are some database layouts around for e.g. Tivoli Configuration Manager, however.
I'll append the content of SYSCAT.TABLES and SYSCAT.COLUMNS (slightly less detailed than the original) as .txt files for your reference.
 I'll search some material elsewhere, but I can't promise that I'll find any.
