I am just wondering where I can get a trace of routing protocol traffic, such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP. I am just wondering how those packets look like on the wire. I have Wireshark. Thanks

Check about halfway down the page - under heading:

Specific Protocols and Protocol Families - Routing Protocols

In addition - try Packet Life:

They post with capture files, maps and many include commenting.
