Cost Report in Project 2007

I have a basic question about cost reports in Project 2007.  I have a task titled Construction with 2 subtasks titled Rebar, and Concrete.  If I add a cost of $10 to Rebar, and $10 to concrete then Construction will add the two and total $20.  I then collapse construction so that concrete and rebar are no longer visible but Construction still displays $20.  Now I want to view a cashflow report under Cost Reports.  When I do this it will not display the $20 next to Construction.  It will display the total dollar amount for the job but I was wondering if  there is a way to force project to show the total dollar amount of the parent task in the cash flow report?

Which report do you mean, the graphical ones? There are several.

Sorry Bembi, no I meant when you go to Report --> Reports --> Costs --> Cash Flow which looks more like a spreadsheet.

I see...

Yes indeed, whatever you do, the value for the summary is empty. If you select resources from the report definition the resource summary is shown.
