Are you using some global setting to hold the active tab?

yes, i am using a global variable to hold the active tab value.

Public shared string selectedtab // this is the variable in which i am storing the active tab and this gets changed everytime when somebody on mypage changes the tab which reflects locally and vice-versa.

Thanks

I would recommend that if you don't want it to change on everyone's then make it a variable that's local to each user such as a session or viewstate variable.

I have changed the variable with the viewstate variable and that worked.

Thanks
